By creating a custom work type you can limit confusion by users on what a particular work item should be labeled as.  Too often we find that calling everything a project is too generic, and often it would be nice to call a project exactly what it is instead.  For example, a lawyer works on Cases, not Projects.  In the lawyer's situation they would create a custom work type called Cases, and whenever they want to create a new case they would click the Case button in the shortcut toolbar.  Custom work types help make ZipLine a project management tool that is adaptable to everyone's work.

To recover a deleted file or file folder you will need to click Files in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.  Below the file tree are where you can find the Deleted Files and Deleted File Folders buttons.  Once you click one of these buttons you will see all files or file folders that have been deleted.  Here you can click the Recover button next to any deleted file or file folder to recover it.

To make a request for a new feature or improvement, click More in the toolbar on the left hand side and click ZipLine Help, or simply click the question mark box on any open window.  In the Get Help box click on the text Request a Feature or Improvement.  Then type in a subject and your request and click submit.
