Will I be charged if I cancel my account within the 30-day free trial?
No, if you cancel your account before the 30-day free trial expires, you will not be charged. Within ZipLine, you will always have the ability to clearly see your trial end date, and how to cancel your account. After the 30-day free trial expires, you will be charged for the next billing month Can I change plans during or after my 30-day free trial?Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan during your 30-day free trial. After your 30-day free trial expires, you will then be charged at the monthly rate for the plan you have selected. If you change plans you will not get another 30 day free trial. If you upgrade or downgrade plans anytime after your 30-day free trial you will be charged the new rate starting the next billing month. When you upgrade or downgrade your account plan the change is effective immediately. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept credit cards only, and they are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We don't process phone orders, checks, or invoices. Are there any termination fees, cancellation fees, or long-term contracts?No, there are no termination or cancellation fees. There are no long-term contracts instead you are billed month-to-month. This gives you complete freedom to cancel at anytime. |
Will I receive a refund for changing my account plan?
No, you will not receive a partial or pro-rated refund for upgrading or downgrading your account plan. Can I receive a partial refund if I cancel my account at any point during the month?No, you will not receive a partial or pro-rated refund for cancelling your account. For example, if you are billed on the 2nd of a month, and you cancel your account on the 4th then you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the month's service. How do I cancel my account?We make cancelling your account easy. Simply click the Account Setup button in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen within your account. Click the tab labeled, Cancel Service and follow a few quick and easy steps to cancel your account. Make sure to remove any files or information you want to retain before cancelling your account. ZipLine will not save or create a copy of any files or information on the system, and we have no way of retrieving or recovering your account once it's canceled.
