Yes, Zipline pre-vets all candidates for English fluency by checking certifications like TOEFL and conducting screening interviews to confirm fluency.
How does pricing work?
You will receive candidate profiles and assess them at no cost. You only pay a one-time fee upon a successful hire. If you wish to hire Zipline for additional support like payroll, benefits and compliance management we charge a separate monthly fee dependent on the role.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
As soon as the candidate is on board, our 90-day guarantee will be valid. During the first 90 days, if you find that the employee is unsuitable or vice versa, we will provide a replacement for free.
