Contacts

ZipLine is more than another place to store your contacts list - it's a way to integrate your contacts list with the projects you are working on.  Import existing contacts from Outlook or Basecamp, and then associate a contact with a project so that everyone working on that project has easy access to that contact's information.  You can also easily invite your contacts to become users on your Zipline account so that they can collaborate with you on a project.  They will be able to see the projects or tasks to which you have assigned them, and only those projects or tasks - not the rest of your account.  You can also create teams to assign your users to, and then assign work to those teams, as well as to individual users.
